Unsurprisingly, I get instantly sick to my stomach drinking pasteurized milk in the States while my system accepts the whole milk in Europe. My stomach tends to be a pretty good judge of character…

Full body rejection of the Big Business of Dairy Farming in the U.S.A., perhaps?http://advocacy.britannica.com/blog/advocacy/2007/06/dairy-farming/

I appreciated all the information. I am not a milk drinker – pasteurized or raw, just don’t like it – but I am a raw milk cheese fan. And I do think people should be able to make the choice with fewer restrictions. It’s good to have the facts.

I’m Kimberley

Welcome to Champagne & Buttercream!

I’m a passionate home cook and baker who finds joy in creating farm-to-table meals, decadent cakes and treats, and savoring a glass of good champagne.

For me, champagne represents celebration and the sparkling moments that make life special, while buttercream reflects my love for crafting sweet, comforting treats. Together, they perfectly capture the heart of this blog – a space where food, creativity, and life’s little luxuries come together.
